Troubleshooting the Audio Capture Function

If you're having trouble with the Audio Capture function, first check whether internal audio filter (Gretech Audio Filter) is

disabled.

 

Please try following below steps:

1. Launch GOM Media Player

2. Press F5 to open the preferences window

3. Select "Filter" on the left column and then select "Disable Filters" tab on the top

4. If "Disable internal audio filter (Gretech Audio Filter)" is checked, please un-check the box

5. Close the preferences window and try playing your file and using the Audio Capture function again
