We at GOMlab would like to thank all our users for their continued support of GOM software products.
For the past few months we’ve been working on a complete overhaul of all the GOM software websites. The result is a much cleaner, prettier, more functional website that we feel better represents the GOM brand.
Perhaps the biggest change is the addition of the official GOM Media Player Support Center, where users can send error reports, inquiries, and comments to GOM staff directly for official technical support.
The old GOMlab forums have been taken down entirely, and users who wish to communicate with other users can now do so via our Facebook discussion board.
While the GOM Media Player Support Center is accessible now, staff will begin servicing requests starting on January 4th.
We anticipate an extremely high volume of support requests, and our English language support staff is still very small, so we appreciate everyone’s patience while they do their best to reply as quickly as possible.
The GOM Video Converter Support Center has also been updated to function exactly like the GOM Media Player Support Center, and the GOM Video Converter Support Forums have also been taken down. There are discussion forums available on the GOM Video Converter Facebook page for users who wish to communicate with other users.
The GOM Video Converter Support Center will be active immediately, but will be closing for the holidays from December 28th to January 3rd.
